Touchmark at Wedgewood is seeking a skilled Senior Living Design Expert to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional interior spaces that enhance the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement design concepts that align with Touchmark's brand and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Travel to communities to shop, decorate, and physically set up model homes, maintaining common-area furnishings and décor.
- Provide design review on new projects, ensuring Touchmark design standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- At least 5 years of experience in residential, senior housing, or hospitality design.
- 4-year college degree in interior design (BIArch, BFA Interior Design).
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office software applications.
- Ability to understand and interface with Touchmark's accounting, facility management, and project tracking software.
- Willingness to travel to communities for multiple days, with occasional air travel.
