We are a boutique interior design firm specializing in urban multi-family, commercial, and hospitality projects. Our mission is to create exceptional spaces that reflect our clients' visions while maintaining a high standard of design integrity.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape, Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet
  • Experience managing all phases of design for multiple projects
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in producing Construction Documentation (CD) sets
  • Knowledge of building codes, interior materials, and construction techniques
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain project records and ensure adherence to standards
  • Support the Project Manager with coordination and scheduling
  • Keep project task lists updated and manage daily responsibilities
  • Balance technical and design tasks effectively
  • Assist in conceptual design and documentation
  • Lead the drafting team during the Construction Documentation phase
  • Serve as the primary contact for project consultants
  • Conduct QA/QC reviews on project deliverables
  • Participate in Construction Administration activities and site visits
