About Vida Design IncWe are a boutique interior design firm specializing in urban multi-family, commercial, and hospitality projects. Our mission is to create exceptional spaces that reflect our clients' visions while maintaining a high standard of design integrity.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, Enscape, Microsoft Suite, Bluebeam, and Smartsheet
- Experience managing all phases of design for multiple projects
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in producing Construction Documentation (CD) sets
- Knowledge of building codes, interior materials, and construction techniques
- Maintain project records and ensure adherence to standards
- Support the Project Manager with coordination and scheduling
- Keep project task lists updated and manage daily responsibilities
- Balance technical and design tasks effectively
- Assist in conceptual design and documentation
- Lead the drafting team during the Construction Documentation phase
- Serve as the primary contact for project consultants
- Conduct QA/QC reviews on project deliverables
- Participate in Construction Administration activities and site visits
