Job Summary: As a Customer Service Associate at Creative Financial Staffing, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every client leaves with a positive impression of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and solutions to meet their needs.
  • Assist clients with product/service questions, order placements, returns, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services, policies, and procedures, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests as needed, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Track and follow up on client interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction, and document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall client satisfaction, and meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to handle complex issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
