As a Client Relations and Sales Associate, you will be the primary liaison for our customer accounts, responsible for initiating, nurturing, and sustaining relationships that drive return on investment and revenue.
We prioritize the professional development of our Client Relations and Sales Associates. Given our recent expansion, we are looking for individuals who are eager to start at an entry-level position but are committed to the long-term advantages of organic growth within our company. If you possess a learning mindset, a desire to advance from the entry-level, and a passion for collaboration, this role is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement engagement strategies to connect with potential customer accounts, educating them on product inquiries and the benefits of our services.
- Become a product specialist to deliver consistent and clear customer service.
- Skillfully negotiate inquiries while addressing any customer objections.
- Engage in continuous in-house training and development alongside fellow Client Relations and Sales Associates.
- Willingly assist with additional professional tasks and embrace challenges enthusiastically.
Qualifications We Seek:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or a related field is highly encouraged.
- Outstanding communication skills and negotiation abilities.
- Excellent time management skills with the adaptability to handle various situations.
- A disciplined approach to self-improvement and continuous learning.
- The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- An approachable, friendly, and positive attitude when interacting with colleagues and customers.
