Position Summary:

We are seeking a hybrid Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to play a pivotal role in supporting FP&A activities across all brands in North America. This critical position is designed to deliver value through comprehensive business analysis, metrics, dashboards, and essential decision support for management, facilitating informed decisions and providing valuable insights into the portfolio.

The Senior Analyst, FP&A will report directly to the Vice President of Finance. Responsibilities include establishing consistent planning processes, standardizing key performance metrics reporting, and ensuring effective communication across brands while delivering accurate and reliable data to leadership. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to produce timely results in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:

$90,000 - $110,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the annual planning and recurring re-forecasting processes.
  • Prepare and analyze financial management reports for monthly and quarterly operating results, board presentations, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate FP&A and finance teams across brands.
  • Manage partnerships and conduct regular updates within the finance organization.
  • Report accurate results and variance analysis against plans, forecasts, and prior years.
  • Drive continuous improvement by leveraging technology to enhance processes.
  • Enhance information provided to the entire portfolio of brands.
  • Design and develop forecasting models and data allocation strategies.
  • Create financial management templates for consistent brand inputs.
  • Develop standardized business review presentations.
  • Establish dashboards and key performance indicators for effective business insights.
  • Maintain knowledge of financial performance across all three financial statements at the parent level.
  • Develop expertise in the underlying business, technology, controls, and governance supporting planning and reporting.
  • Contribute to M&A processes and valuation practices, driving the implementation of acquired businesses.
  • Collaborate with parent controllership to ensure consistent financial applications on the P&L and Balance Sheet.
  • Contribute to ERP and EPM implementation processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate accounting and/or finance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • CMA, CPA, or MBA.
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP.
  • Experience in financial reporting, statement consolidations, and intercompany allocations.
  • Budget development and long-range planning experience.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Planning systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and Payroll & Benefit systems (e.g., Workday).
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
