The Lead Financial Analyst in Strategic Planning will be instrumental in conducting financial and operational assessments, providing insights to field teams and upper management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Engage with essential partners to deliver financial and operational insights
- Formulate annual strategies and monthly projections
- Enhance forecasting methodologies and models
- Generate analytics and custom reports for strategic insights
- Comprehend financial systems and offer necessary support
- Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and tools
- Utilize data for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Modify PowerBI models to meet immediate requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated with adept problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience in real estate is advantageous
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint
- Familiarity with data extraction and visualization tools
