Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at the Hilton Greenville. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, maximizing revenues and profits, and ensuring optimal guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to guest requests, needs, and concerns, and accommodate groups to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Supervise and provide guidance and leadership to Guest Service Agents, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Remain calm and alert during emergency situations and/or heavy hotel activity, serving as a role model for clerks and other employees.
  • Resolve customer complications and complaints by conducting thorough research and determining effective solutions.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Front Desk experience in a full-service hotel and schedule flexibility are preferred.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
  • Front Desk Supervisor experience is strongly preferred.
  • Must have the ability to communicate in English and maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy.
Performance Standards
  • Customer Satisfaction: Our customers are what we are about. One of the keys to a positive guest experience is positive interaction with Crescent staff.
  • Work Habits: In order to maintain a positive guest and associate experience, your work habits should always meet and strive to exceed hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance.
  • Safety & Security: The safety and security of our guests and associates is of utmost importance to Crescent. Every Crescent associate should adhere to the hotel security policies and procedures.
