Job Title: Front Desk Manager

Crescent Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient check-in/check-out processes.
  • Manage front desk operations, including guest registration, room assignments, and key control.
  • Respond to guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor and maintain front desk area, including cleanliness and organization.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
