Job Summary

As the Director of Revenue Analytics and Strategy, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of revenue growth strategies, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives. You will work closely with senior managers, administrators, physicians, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement revenue growth strategies to drive business expansion and profitability
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address revenue cycle opportunities and challenges
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HSCRC and Medicare regulations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including health services cost review commission and Maryland hospital association
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, healthcare management, or finance
  • 7-10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare reimbursement regulations, cost accounting, and operations, including 3-5 years of management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of HSCRC and Medicare regulations, health care planning, budgeting, pricing, and hospital organization
  • Professional-level knowledge of finance or accounting, including regulatory compliance issues and comprehensive understanding of budget and price change planning procedures
  • High degree of knowledge of regulatory and cost accounting principles, revenue budgeting, and annual operating plan development
