Key Responsibilities- Admissions Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the admissions office, ensuring efficient and effective processing of applications and documents.
- Manage a team of professionals and graduate assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Technology and Analytics
- Develop and implement efficient and reliable workflow and systems through all Admissions-related technology interfaces.
- Collaborate with the Office of Marketing and Communications on Slate queries and setup to ensure appropriate delivery of email, SMS, direct mail, and other marketing initiatives.
- Monitor APIs between Slate and multiple third-party systems to ensure data movement and integrity.
- Leadership and Strategy
- As a member of the Admissions Leadership Team, help set culture and strategic direction for the Office of Admissions in support of meeting annually established enrollment goals.
- Advise the Assistant Dean on decisions regarding the Admissions technology stack and resources necessary to better adhere to institutional standards, optimize resources, and meet enrollment goals.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Five years progressively responsible related experience.
- Additional education may substitute for experience to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.
- Master's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of admissions office operational functions and customer relationship management (CRM) software very strongly preferred.
- Supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Slate strongly preferred.
