Role Summary

The Front of House Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of our café. This position is essential in ensuring guest satisfaction and driving sales growth while adhering to all operational standards and legal requirements. The Supervisor will collaborate closely with senior management to uphold our brand values and achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a mentor and coach to develop team members into brand ambassadors, delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Welcome team members at the start of their shifts to foster a positive work environment.
  • Provide continuous feedback and support to employees to enhance performance.
  • Encourage a positive atmosphere through effective communication and motivation.
  • Keep staff informed about restaurant policies and procedures.

  • Train and empower staff to make informed decisions regarding guest service.

Qualifications

Experience and Education

  • Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and handling practices.
  • Previous bartending experience is preferred.
  • Experience in training and development is a valuable asset.
