Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Route Management: Direct the day-to-day route operations, ensuring safe, cost-effective, and on-time performance.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with drivers and clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Quality Control: Monitor radio, telephones, and on-road provision of service to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Employee Morale and Customer Service: Foster positive employee morale and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Monitor and complete driver sign-in and sign-out daily, assign trips to drivers, and participate in analysis and review of operating performance.
Requirements:
  • Commercial Drivers License (CDL): Must possess a CDL with a Passenger (P) endorsement.
  • Experience: One year of previous Dispatcher and/or Supervisor experience preferred, with two years of Customer Service experience also preferred.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain composure under pressure, and demonstrate a high customer service commitment.
