Position Summary

We are currently seeking Site Supervisors for various locations.

As a Security Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for protecting clients across multiple sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government. This role serves as a vital link between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security personnel. You will oversee staff during assigned shifts, providing guidance, recognition, and necessary disciplinary actions within the established empowerment framework.

Compensation

Hourly Wage: $18.00

Work Schedule

Full Time: Tuesday - Saturday (8:00am-4:00pm)

Essential Qualifications
  • Valid Florida Security License D License is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in security is required.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Proficient in using a computer or tablet.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for the entire shift.
  • Capable of walking and standing for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Applicants will undergo a background investigation in compliance with applicable laws.
  • Drug screening may be required as part of the employment process.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily security operations at assigned client sites.
  • Manage a team of security officers and supervisors, including hiring, scheduling, payroll, training, and development.
  • Ensure high-quality security services are delivered to safeguard people and property.
  • Foster and maintain effective relationships with clients and employees.
  • Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational objectives while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting and contractual obligations.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding issues or programs.
  • Effectively manage escalated security concerns or emergencies.
  • Perform additional management duties as assigned by leadership.
  • Assist in identifying and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Develop staff through performance management and training initiatives.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Ensure effective communication of policies and job openings at each site.
  • Meet all scheduled hours with minimal unbilled overtime.
  • Conduct site-specific training and ensure compliance with corporate training standards.
  • Maintain operational procedures and ensure availability of site-specific emergency reference materials.
  • Manage uniforms, equipment, and supplies for the account.
  • Proactively communicate with clients to address their needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Utilize scheduling and billing software for effective business management.
  • Enforce company policies as outlined in employee handbooks and memos.
