Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Indiana University Health. As a key member of our Revenue Cycle System Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer-facing services to our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
  • Verify patient insurance coverage and process registration and billing information
  • Provide accurate and timely information to patients and customers regarding their accounts and services
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and service delivery
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications
