Patient Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Greet patients, manage wait times, and ensure a positive experience
- Assist with intake processes, including document copying and verification
- Collect co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles, and provide receipts
- Manage the cashier box and daily deposits according to company policies
- Process walk-in patients and visitors, and answer phones to schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate medical records, including filing and scanning
- Ensure timely scanning and filing of correspondence
- Run insurance eligibility for patients and process requests for medical records release

Requirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare or customer service-related field
