Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and comprehensive assessments.
- Promote cross-functional communication to ensure care plans are followed and residents receive the best possible care.
- Ensure accurate reimbursement for resident care services.
- Stay up-to-date with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Current, valid state RN license.
- 2+ years of MDS experience.
- Prior experience in Long-Term Care is required.
