### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Registration Specialist to join our team at Indiana University Health. As a key member of our Revenue Cycle System Services team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer-facing services to our patients.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide accurate and timely patient registration and financial clearance services
* Verify patient insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations
* Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental productivity, quality, and service standards

### Requirements

* At least one year of experience in hospital or physician Revenue Cycle strongly preferred
* Working knowledge of patient registration and financial clearance
* High level of interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work within a team and maintain collaborative relationships
