Crisis Care Admissions Coordinator

Compensation: $19/hour plus additional pay

Position Type: Part-time

Work Schedule: Weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays from 1am to 9am

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive representation of the agency.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel and handling messages efficiently.
  • Address complaints and navigate challenging client interactions with professionalism and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Conduct data entry, word processing, and report generation utilizing various software systems.
  • Prepare admission documentation and uphold accurate records in accordance with agency standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with clients facing mental health or substance use challenges is preferred.
  • Ability to follow directions, exercise sound judgment, and foster positive relationships with clients.
  • Strong administrative and computer skills, including proficiency in managing spreadsheets and electronic health records.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and willingness to travel if necessary.
