Position Summary: We are seeking a Full-Time Patient Coordinator for our Northfield Office. No prior experience is necessary, but candidates should have an interest in healthcare, teamwork experience, and attention to detail, along with a flexible schedule.

Work Schedule: Full-time, requiring 30+ hours per week. Availability is needed Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, covering hours from 10 AM to 7 PM on weekdays and 8 AM to 2 PM on Saturdays. Flexibility to assist in a team setting is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage all incoming phone calls, scheduling tasks, and online inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for each caller.
  • Foster a professional and welcoming environment to enhance the quality of service and care provided to patients and their respective providers.
  • Understand the workflow between providers and patients, anticipating the next steps to the best of your ability.
  • Handle inventory responsibilities and restock supplies and equipment as required.
  • Participate in all in-house training and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience as a Medical Receptionist.
  • Familiarity with EMR software and patient scheduling systems is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Excellent patient relations and customer service skills are required.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and dedication are expected.
  • Prior experience in a dermatology or medical setting is preferred.
  • Open availability for weekday and weekend shifts is necessary.
