Requirements
  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Clinical Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in case management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations and healthcare providers.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare quality programs, including MACRA, CPC+, MIPS, and PCMH, is preferred.
