The Operations Specialist will be responsible for generating, reviewing, and analyzing reports to develop and execute strategies in collaboration with various teams to address service level challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the divisional inbox to assist with requests from Product Management, including urgent receiving and processing.
- Manage Surplus Inventory – Collaborate with Product Managers and Inventory Management to facilitate surplus reduction, including scrap and RTV orders as necessary.
- Ensure Service Levels – Work with Inventory Management to enhance service by expediting product deliveries and reviewing inventory on hold.
- Coordinate with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to resolve vendor-related issues, including reviewing overbilling notices and processing debit and credit memos.
- Act as a subject matter expert on all data and reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Nquire) and provide training to division staff as required.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant business or administrative support experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as SUM, chart insertion, and data sorting.
Familiarity with Microsoft Access, including creating queries and modifying data types.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Effective time management abilities, including prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines for multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.
