Position Purpose:

Assist the Human Resources department in fostering a welcoming atmosphere for the community while executing a variety of administrative functions, including data management, scheduling, compliance checks, and special projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors both in person and via phone; take messages as necessary
  • Coordinate appointments using Google Calendar
  • Enter data utilizing various software applications
  • Extract and download information from systems as required
  • Conduct audits and aid in adherence to document retention policies
  • Assist in the completion of Employment Eligibility Verification
  • Carry out special projects as directed
  • Scan, link, and proofread employee documentation
  • Update the department's website
  • Transcribe handwritten notes
  • Maintain student job bulletin boards
  • Order flowers for staff as needed
