About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join Upward On as a Vice President of Agent Talent Sourcing and Coaching. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruiting initiatives and projects that drive the sourcing and hiring of top talent in the real estate industry.

As a seasoned sales leader, you will have a proven track record of success in recruiting, training, and developing high-performing sales teams. You will be responsible for conducting new sales manager orientation and training, producing and facilitating ongoing skill-building for all skill levels of residential sales managers, and leading, training, and certifying all sales managers on the company compensation plan.

You will also be responsible for managing, training, and onboarding Regional Recruiters to ensure they understand the company ethos, recruiting tools, systems, and standards. Additionally, you will provide orientation and ongoing training to Assistant Sales Managers and other field roles that have recruiting responsibilities.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for maintaining brand intelligence, running daily call sessions, and driving recruiting initiatives and related marketing materials and campaigns. You will also be responsible for closely managing the performance of projects assigned to the Recruiting team and overseeing the recruiting lead distributions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Real Estate license preferred
  • Ten (10) or more years of sales management and/or recruiting experience required
  • Real estate experience preferred
  • Understanding of full life cycle recruiting practices with the ability to autonomously self-manage the sales recruiting process across each stage of the life cycle
  • Ability to identify and solve problems independently, as well as strong ability to make appropriate decisions for candidate selection and rejection
  • Ability to identify key business needs, and select candidates that most effectively meet those priorities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation skills (written and verbal) with an ability to command an audience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Good people management skills
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and fractions

Compensation:

Base Salary $125,000-$135,000 plus incentives
