Executive Assistant to Senior Vice President of Marketing and Community Relations

The Senior Administrative Assistant to the Marketing and Communications Team provides critical support to the Senior Vice President, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional service to the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative services and support to the SVP, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
- Managing the day-to-day administrative affairs of the SVP, including office operations, vendor management, and budget oversight.
- Coordinating with HR and IT to onboard new department employees and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Providing oversight and supervision to volunteers and ensuring their success in their roles.
- Performing other duties as assigned, including attending evening meetings and events as needed.
Requirements:
- College degree required; Bachelor's degree or combination of education and/or experience preferred.
- Five to seven years of professional experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, independent judgment and decision-making skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing environments.
