Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Operations Manager at OCI Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.


Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service
    • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Register and process guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage the front desk area, maintaining a clean and organized environment that reflects the high standards of our hotel.
    • Utilize effective communication skills to resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Revenue Growth
    • Apply selling techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy, ensuring that our hotel's services and facilities are fully utilized.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Complete daily management operations reports, providing accurate and timely information to support hotel operations.
    • Ensure all guest accounts are complete and accurate, maintaining the highest level of attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other departments to contribute to operational efficiency and ensure seamless guest experiences.
