**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of animals in our care, including administering medication and providing basic care as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all animals in our care.
