Job Title: Senior Client Partner

Wipro Limited, a global information technology, consulting and business process services company, is seeking a seasoned professional to join their team as a Senior Client Partner. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive organic growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer teams, including CIOs, VPs, and Directors.
  • Identify and capitalize on key growth opportunities, ensuring the overall financial health of accounts within the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class services and meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and present proposals, including proactive ones and responses to RFP/RFIs, to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • At least 15+ years of experience in selling IT services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of global delivery models and methodologies.
  • Ability to present and interact at all levels, with consultative sales capability.
  • Ability to work and collaborate across various teams and service lines.
  • Exposure to delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles is required.
  • Should have managed a multi-million USD account across various geos.
  • Strong account management skills, with the ability to build and manage client relationships at all levels.
  • Carry targets on revenue, bookings, and OM.
  • Get involved in resolving people management issues within Wipro teams.
  • Generate leads by interacting with customers in various lines of business to expand the company's footprint.
Education and Experience:
  • BA/BS or equivalent; MBA is a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years of experience working for a solution consulting organization.
  • Proven track record of successful solutions-oriented services sales.
  • Candidates with prior experience in SaaS or On Demand Industry are highly desirable.
  • Drive and motivation to sell on-demand products and services full-time.
