Senior IT Services Sales Manager

Wipro Limited, a global information technology, consulting and business process services company, is seeking a seasoned professional to join their team as a Senior Client Partner. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive organic growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer teams, including CIOs, VPs, and Directors.
- Identify and capitalize on key growth opportunities, ensuring the overall financial health of accounts within the portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class services and meet customer expectations.
- Develop and present proposals, including proactive ones and responses to RFP/RFIs, to drive business growth.
- At least 15+ years of experience in selling IT services in Tier-1 or Tier-2 competitive organizations.
- Strong knowledge of global delivery models and methodologies.
- Ability to present and interact at all levels, with consultative sales capability.
- Ability to work and collaborate across various teams and service lines.
- Exposure to delivery, sales, or pre-sales roles is required.
- Should have managed a multi-million USD account across various geos.
- Strong account management skills, with the ability to build and manage client relationships at all levels.
- Carry targets on revenue, bookings, and OM.
- Get involved in resolving people management issues within Wipro teams.
- Generate leads by interacting with customers in various lines of business to expand the company's footprint.
- BA/BS or equivalent; MBA is a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years of experience working for a solution consulting organization.
- Proven track record of successful solutions-oriented services sales.
- Candidates with prior experience in SaaS or On Demand Industry are highly desirable.
- Drive and motivation to sell on-demand products and services full-time.
