About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Leasing Director to join our team at Bridge Investment Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales and occupancy goals in a market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales and leasing strategies to drive business results and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure optimal performance and achieve sales and occupancy goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure alignment with the organization's mission and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, field operations, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve market share.
  • Develop and implement successful strategies to improve occupancy and quality of services.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to ensure sales team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of related business experience in skilled, assisted living, or retirement living facility/community management.
  • Successful history of building sales and meeting financial goals.
  • Multi-site business operations experience.
  • Documented success in exceeding business financial goals.
  • Excellent reputation in management and leadership.
  • Ability to travel extensively on behalf of the company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
