- Manage Sales Operations: Oversee sales processes, procedures, and systems to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze Sales Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in sales management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the multi-family industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel to customer sites and occasional work in an office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
