Requirements

  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the multi-family industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Working Environment

This is a full-time position that requires frequent travel to customer sites and occasional work in an office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
