Chief of Staff Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer (CMSO) to set direction, define initiatives, and OKRs aligned to company goals.
  • Manage the operations of the business, ensuring timely and effective execution of key priorities.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, and take initiative to define and recommend actions using sound judgment and independent problem-solving capability.
  • Build and maintain close relationships and connectivity with AZL senior leadership, business partners, and key internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Financial Services or related field required.
  • Proven ability to flex between strategic thinking and tactical implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive tangible outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to design models and processes.
  • Ability to effectively consult with and influence every level of the organization.
