The Branch Manager II is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail facility. This position is located in a vibrant retail environment and requires a dynamic leader who can drive sales and foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:The successful candidate will be tasked with:
- Leadership: Directing and managing the team to ensure smooth daily operations, including compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Sales Management: Driving retail sales and achieving growth targets while maintaining budgetary controls and managing operating expenses.
- Customer Service: Ensuring exceptional service delivery to all customers and addressing any issues promptly.
- Inventory Oversight: Managing inventory levels and conducting regular cycle counts to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Team Development: Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance, while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Financial Accountability: Managing the branch's profit and loss statements, ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to budgetary goals.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in retail management or a related field, with a strong emphasis on leadership and team building.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with financial management and reporting, including P&L responsibilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
