Position Overview

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will embody energy, enthusiasm, and determination to guide a team towards achieving success on bustling shop floors. Your responsibilities will include managing store deadlines and daily operations while ensuring a focus on customer satisfaction and the overall shopping experience.

Your daily activities will involve equipping stylist teams with daily objectives and priorities, analyzing store performance and visual merchandising, swiftly responding to market trends, and ensuring optimal product placement through effective planning and communication with all team members.

This role serves as an initial step into team leadership; you will be responsible for the daily management of the store under the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be provided with resources to learn, grow, and evolve into a versatile leader.
  • Your primary focus will be on the busy shop floor, collaborating with our stylist teams to ensure all operations run smoothly while delivering an exceptional in-store experience for customers. Your product knowledge will engage and inspire both your team and our clientele.
  • With a strong commercial focus, you will work efficiently to ensure our products are always well-presented by collaborating with visual merchandising teams, adhering to guidelines, and prominently displaying best-selling items to enhance the brand experience.
  • You will oversee the daily operations of the store, prioritizing team deployment in your routine. As you develop your business acumen, your strategic insight will be essential for seamless operations and team development.
  • Manage a diverse group of stylists, guiding a team of passionate individuals as they meet customer needs, while motivating and coaching them on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with the management team to surpass store targets and KPIs, setting personal and team goals, and creatively inspiring your staff to achieve and exceed these objectives.
  • Proactively address personnel matters such as return-to-work interviews, liaising with HR on specific issues, conducting investigations, and managing performance and attendance reviews.
  • Ensure daily compliance, serving as a role model for best practices and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Independently create and implement floor plans and schedules, strategically positioning talent throughout the store for daily success.
