Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Retail Operations Supervisor to enhance our team.


The Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in assisting the Store Manager with the oversight of daily store functions, including recruitment, management, training, and sales activities. This position is essential in driving productivity, adhering to company policies, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development, motivation, and retention of top talent.
  • Foster a positive work atmosphere that promotes high morale and teamwork.
  • Coach and train Sales Associates to enhance their job performance.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to identify and nurture high-performing Sales Associates.
  • Participate in the hiring process by providing feedback during interviews.
  • Assist in analyzing business performance and executing clear action plans to optimize results.
  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure effective execution of all operational activities.
  • Ensure adequate sales floor coverage to meet customer expectations.
  • Manage merchandise flow, including shipment and replenishment.
  • Uphold company policies and ensure the safety of both associates and customers.
  • Lead the execution of store strategies to achieve performance goals.
  • Drive sales and operational opportunities by guiding associates in executing merchandising strategies and company initiatives.
  • Promote a store environment focused on delivering an outstanding in-store experience.
  • Engage proactively with customers to exceed their expectations.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Act as the leader in customer experience, accountable for performance outcomes.
  • Maintain visual standards to create a positive in-store atmosphere.
  • Perform other essential functions as directed by management.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in retail.
  • Proficient in technology usage (iPad, registers).
  • Demonstrates strong customer service capabilities.
  • Meets defined availability criteria, including evenings and weekends.
  • Meets physical requirements of the role.

Critical Skills & Attributes

  • Previous retail experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to drive sales performance.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.
  • Prior experience in sales management is advantageous.
