This role serves as an entry point into team leadership; you will oversee the daily management of the store under the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities- You will be provided with resources to learn, grow, and evolve into a versatile leader.
- Your primary focus will be on the bustling shop floor, collaborating with our stylist teams to ensure smooth operations and delivering an outstanding in-store experience. Your product expertise will engage and inspire both your team and our customers.
- With a strong commercial focus, you will work diligently to ensure our products are well-displayed at all times by partnering with visual merchandising teams, adhering to guidelines, and showcasing top-selling items prominently to enhance the brand experience.
- You will take charge of the store's daily operations, with team deployment being a key aspect of your routine. As you develop your business acumen, your strategic thinking will be essential in ensuring seamless operations and the growth of your stylists.
- Manage a diverse group of stylists, guiding a team of passionate individuals as they meet customer needs, while actively engaging, motivating, and coaching them on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with the management team to surpass store targets and KPIs, setting personal goals and creatively inspiring your staff to achieve and exceed these benchmarks.
- Proactively address personnel matters, including conducting return-to-work interviews, coordinating with HR on specific issues, and managing performance and attendance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with daily operational standards, serving as a role model for best practices and addressing any challenges that arise.
- Independently create and implement floor plans and schedules, strategically positioning talent throughout the store to set the stage for daily success.
