Business Development Representative

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Sales Specialist team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales, understanding client needs, providing solutions, prospecting and networking, building relationships, and supporting clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed annual revenue goals by delivering tailored technology solutions
- Become a trusted business advisor by aligning our offerings with customer goals
- Present and sell a range of technology solutions, including print hardware, software, managed IT, and VoIP
- Expand your client base through in-person meetings, phone calls, social media, and events
- Use active listening, empathy, and emotional intelligence to form meaningful client connections
- Offer exceptional customer service, proposal generation, and conduct virtual meetings
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. A passion for connecting with people and uncovering their needs is essential. You should also have resilience, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite are necessary. Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required. Our training programs will set you up for success.
