Hitachi Equipment Sales Representative Job Description

At ASCO Equipment, we're committed to being a blessing to those we serve. As a Hitachi Equipment Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this vision.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish new business opportunities through sales calls within your assigned territory.
  • Manage pre-planning, post-call notes, and follow-up actions using our CRM tool.
  • Educate customers on Hitachi equipment through product presentations and demos.
  • Provide problem resolution and follow-through to address customer needs.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and complete safety training as required.
  • Represent ASCO Equipment in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven sales ability and excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of construction or heavy equipment preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of general business software and G-suite platform.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
