Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a product authority, responding to inquiries regarding staking and infrastructure solutions, demonstrating how our offerings align with client objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key institutional clients, collaborating with sales teams to ensure successful product deployment.
- Build strong client partnerships, manage client requests, and ensure effective utilization of our product offerings.
- Deliver outstanding customer support through stakeholder engagement and effective problem resolution.
- Gain insights into client workflows to facilitate appropriate integrations and enhance product usage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional client services within the finance or technology sectors.
- A strong interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain landscape.
- Ability to thrive in the dynamic environment of a rapidly growing organization.
- Experience in managing accounts for institutional clients with exceptional communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
