Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a product authority, responding to inquiries regarding staking and infrastructure solutions, demonstrating how our offerings align with client objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key institutional clients, collaborating with sales teams to ensure successful product deployment.
  • Build strong client partnerships, manage client requests, and ensure effective utilization of our product offerings.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support through stakeholder engagement and effective problem resolution.
  • Gain insights into client workflows to facilitate appropriate integrations and enhance product usage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in institutional client services within the finance or technology sectors.

  • Ability to thrive in the dynamic environment of a rapidly growing organization.
  • Experience in managing accounts for institutional clients with exceptional communication skills.
