About the Opportunity

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic organization as a Head of Human Resources and Strategic Initiatives. You will be responsible for leading our People Operations function, developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage our People Operations team, including partnering with leadership on the People Team org design
  • Run the goal setting and sprint planning process for the People Operations team
  • Manage the People Team budget
  • Relationship management, including talent development, co-designing and implementing initiatives/systems unique to our business
  • Business partnering, deeply understanding Ethic's business and acting as a hands-on business partner to our various teams
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience growing and managing a team
  • Proven track record of leading complex and highly cross-functional projects and initiatives with successful outcomes
  • Experience designing, implementing and maintaining org-wide systems/programs such as total rewards, performance management or learning & development
  • A demonstrated commitment and passion for advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in all parts of your work
