Job Summary:

The Friends of Crown Heights Educational Centers, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Chief Human Resources Officer to lead our HR function. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our leadership team, while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

You will develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that promote employee engagement, retention, and well-being. You will also oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human Resources or related field, along with significant experience in HR leadership roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

A salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and qualifications, is offered. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
