Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at United Hospital Center. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the surgical team in maintaining a sterile environment during procedures.
  • Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
  • Pass sterile instruments to the surgical team during procedures.
  • Assist with patient positioning and transportation.
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or completion of a Surgical Technology Program and surgical technologist certification.
  • Two years of Surgical Technology experience.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge in a desired specialty.
