Requirements:
  • Proven ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication, active listening, customer service, patience, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Proficiency in resolving customer inquiries by investigating issues and providing solutions
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales is preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
