We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager for the Food/Personal Care division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales activities in assigned territory to drive business growth and increase market share penetration.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and sales partners to achieve strategic goals.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to distributors and sales partners to ensure successful product sales and service delivery.
  • Represent NETZSCH at trade shows and industry events to promote products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and provide competitive intelligence.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in industrial equipment, preferably in the Food, Personal Care, and Hygienic industries.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to persuade and strategize.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and execute projects on time.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to develop regional strategy plans.
  • Valid driver's license and current passport.
  • Ability to travel up to 70% as required to achieve sales goals.
