Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Sales Development Representative to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide exceptional service and drive sales growth.
  • Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain existing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high levels of operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
