- Grow Sales and Deliver Forecasted Results
Focus on end-users and develop solid working relationships with contractors, specifiers, distributors, and key business influencers to drive sales growth and deliver forecasted results.
Introduce, Demonstrate, and Promote ProductsIntroduce, demonstrate, and promote current and new products through hands-on product demonstrations, marketing presentations, and professional product displays.
Drive Lead GenerationDrive lead generation through jobsite visits, specifications, and cold calls to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
Update CRM SystemsUpdate CRM systems daily to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on customer interactions and sales activities.
Contribute to Key Customer and Prospect RelationshipsContribute to building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and prospects to drive sales growth and deliver forecasted results.
Develop Field Action Plans and Sales StrategiesDevelop field action plans and sales strategies to achieve sales targets and deliver forecasted results.
Investigate, Document, and Report Complaints and ClaimsInvestigate, document, and report all complaints and claims for service in the territory and coordinate with the Technical Service Division.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 Years Outside Sales Experience
Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.
Extensive Experience with Flooring Installation SystemsExtensive experience with flooring installation systems, including wood flooring adhesives, resilient adhesives, and subfloor preparation in commercial and residential applications.
Ability to Conduct Effective Product PresentationsAbility to conduct effective product presentations and hands-on demonstrations to drive sales growth and deliver forecasted results.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce CRMKnowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
Understanding of Architectural Specifications and Construction Design ElementsUnderstanding of architectural specifications and construction design elements to effectively communicate with customers and prospects.
High Level of Personal Motivation and Business IntegrityHigh level of personal motivation and business integrity to drive sales growth and deliver forecasted results.
Adaptability and Ability to Relate to Customers and Business InfluencersAbility to adapt to changing situations and relate to customers and business influencers to drive sales growth and deliver forecasted results.
