Human Resources Generalist

At Ocean Spray, we're seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and administering HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement recruitment activities for assigned business units, ensuring adequate staffing and managing the entire staffing process from inception to onboarding.
  • Assist in establishing and implementing HR processes, programs, and training.
  • Execute HR administrative paperwork to ensure key employee information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Partner with other HR professionals on compensation, benefits, management development, training, performance management, and other key issues for supported employee groups.
  • Handle employee relations issues within defined business units, providing excellent customer service through availability, responsiveness, and follow-through.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of HR experience.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
