Job Overview

Regional Human Resources Manager

Uline, a family-owned company, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for driving recruitment, succession planning, employee relations, development, communication, and team effectiveness for our distribution hubs in California, Pennsylvania, Texas, and Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and practices to support business growth and objectives.
  • Collaborate with management to identify future key openings and develop a strategy to fill those roles.
  • Mentor and train new HR talent and develop a team of HR professionals.
  • Partner with Corporate Human Resources to deliver HR processes and programs in line with business and company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Workday experience is a plus.
  • Available for travel to Uline's North American locations and job fairs.
