Hospital Services Executive

We are seeking a results-driven executive to serve as Vice President at Rutland Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth and operational excellence in facilities management, construction project management, and personnel supervision.
Main Responsibilities- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on facilities-related matters.
- Develop and manage budgets for Engineering and Maintenance, Environmental Services/Linen, Compliance and Safety, and Construction Project Management departments.
- A master's degree with emphasis in facilities, engineering, or related field.
- Prior experience with contract negotiation, contract administration, and service contracts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
