Job Summary:

Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to serve as its Hospital Readiness Manager. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing emergency preparedness plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and serving as the primary liaison with external agencies. Your expertise in hospital emergency preparedness, combined with your passion for excellence, will enable you to drive positive change within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in disaster/emergency management, public administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in large organization emergency preparedness, including 3 years in a leadership role. Proficiency in Microsoft desktop applications and knowledge of emergency management phases are also essential. Certification in disaster or hazardous materials decontamination is preferred.

Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per annum
