Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support as a proactive health care team member
  • Identify, resolve, and/or prevent potential and/or actual drug-related problems
Requirements

To succeed in this position, you must possess a graduate degree from an accredited school of pharmacy with a B.S. or Ph.D. in Pharmacy and relevant work experience as a registered pharmacist in a hospital setting. Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy residency is also preferred.

You must also be licensed as a pharmacist in Vermont or eligible for licensure by examination or reciprocity. Your ability to excel in Microsoft Office suites, communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, and recognize practice deviations will be essential in this role.
