Job Title: Soft Skills Instructor

Job Summary:

Human Capital Resources and Concepts Inc. (HCRC) is a consulting firm that specializes in resource management capabilities for federal organizations. Our consultants have in-depth training and work experience in the Department of Defense and other federal entities, including the Intelligence Community. We have subject matter experts in all-source analysis, mission support services, and information technology. Our services address strategic issues and everyday business practices, delivering objective, informed, and actionable plans to assist your organization.

We are currently seeking a Soft Skills Instructor to support one of our federal clients. The position is onsite, and the salary is based on a combination of experience and education.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement and facilitate training programs for assigned areas of the company. Collaborate with Instructional Designers to develop learning activities, training materials, facilitator guides, lesson plans, and class schedules. Conduct training sessions, monitor effectiveness, and recommend program modifications. Investigate operational processes and procedures to determine feasible and effective training solutions. Identify and assess organizational issues and training/development needs. Present findings and recommendations to management. May be required to travel and work evenings and/or weekends.

Qualifications:

Must possess a Bachelor's degree. Considerable knowledge of curriculum and program development. Knowledge of individual action plans. Knowledge of job search, resume writing, interview skills, and professional soft skills. Demonstrated skill in integrating technology into curriculum. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with a diverse population. Demonstrated leadership skills. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite software and applications, and personal computers.
